Made of aluminized sheet steel with hinged lid. The lateral grooves guarantee that your baked sandwich bread looks identical to the original in its rectangular shape. Also ideal for polenta or pies! Before baking, grease the pan completely (don't forget the lid), place the dough in the pan and let it rest. Then close the lid, lock and bake. The locked lid prevents the steam from escaping, the bread stays nice and juicy and in shape.
